Search flow (Typesense)

Index updates are event-driven: entity creation and every metadata enrichment emit SEARCH_INDEX_REQUESTED; a full rebuild goes through SEARCH_REINDEX_REQUESTED with an alias swap so search stays live during the rebuild.
